When do you set-up at an event?

​

The Red Photo Bus attendant will be finished setting up 30 minutes prior to your rental time. Set up and take down are not included in your 3, 4  hour rental. Take down will be complete within 30 to 45 minutes after your event.

Mechanical or weather issues

​

This is rare, but if the bus is unable to make it to the event for a mechanical issue you will receive a full refund . If there is an extreme weather issues after we arrive and we can not find some kind of shelter for the bus you will be given a 50% refund.

Can I park the bus inside my venue?

​

Absolutely! We do it all the time! As long as you confirm it with your venue as well. The dimensions of the bus are 7 feet tall, by 7 feet wide, by 17 feet long.

Refund policy

​

All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable. If the bus is unable to make it to the event (unexpected mechanical  issues, which is very rare) you will be given a full refund.

​

Vandalism (people do that!!?)

​

As rare as this happens, the customer booking the event will be responsible for any vandalism guests perform toward the bus during the event. In the event that something does happen, the customer booking the event will be responsible to pay any money owed to the Red Photo Bus to repair damages. The customer can then request money from the person responsible for vandalizing on their own time and terms.

I paid my deposit, when is the rest due?

​

The remaining balance on the package booked needs to be paid in full 60 days prior to the event.

​

Printing Problems

​

We don’t plan on having printing problems, and we rarely experience any problems, but if the printer goes out or we can’t provide printing for some unforeseen reason, we will mail copies of all photos to the party’s contact and will give a $100 refund.

Inclement weather

​

Refunds will not be given for inclement weather. We can still operate with “light” rain. If it is impossible to operate the booth due to severe weather determined by the Red Photo Bus, and the bus has already arrived, customers will be given a 50 % refund.

Kids or adults using Red Photo Bus' property inappropriately or abusively

 

This is another rare event, but if a customer, whether young or old, is using the props, hats, glasses, canes, or any other Red Photo Bus property in a inappropriate, abusive or risky way, determined by the Red Photo Bus, then the Red Photo Bus reserves the right to discontinue use of the items at any time during the event without any type of partial refund. Red Photo Bus attendants can ask the customer to remove themselves from the use of the Bus as well if guidelines are not followed.

Final balance paid in full 60 days prior

 

Final balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event. Failure to pay on time may result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of balance.

Staff Illness 

Life happens if the staff is unable to make an event there will be a full refund.
